Job Duties
- Provide front counter service and/or drive thru service
- take customer orders politely and accurately
- expedite order and deliver to customer
- ensure proper cash handling practices are followed
- maintain cleanliness of counter, dining room, and restrooms
- follow directions as instructed by manager on duty
- perform kitchen food prep including setting up workstations and completing opening checklists
- prepare all food items according to Burger King brand standards including salad preparation, thawing, cooking and holding of beef, chicken, fish, french fries, buns, and other products
- operate fryer to prepare fries and specialty products
- perform outdoor facility maintenance including emptying trash cans, hosing down parking lots, picking up trash, landscaping, shoveling snow, sweeping sidewalks and patios, cleaning menu boards, windows, trash receptacles, and dumpster area
- perform indoor facility maintenance including cleaning dining room, play land, restrooms, drive thru, kitchen area, emptying trash, cleaning tables, chairs, play equipment, toilets, sinks, windows, ledges, mopping floors, cleaning kitchen equipment, dishes, organizing walk-in freezer and storage areas
- unload and stock product deliveries
- maintain stocked ice dispensers, portable and walk-in freezers, beverage centers, condiment centers, and kitchen stock levels
