- minimum age of 16
- able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- able to stand or walk a minimum of 3 hours or as needed
- strong customer service orientation

- able to manage allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
- Illinois applicants must obtain food safety certification within 30 days of employment

Job Duties
- work multiple stations including load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front as directed by a shift leader or manager
- comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety
- restock food line, chips and cooler
- prepare quality finished products efficiently including sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream
- use of automatic slicer to prep food items if 18 or older
- clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils
- take out trash
- operate cash register including handling, balancing and following all cash handling procedures
- effectively handle customer complaints and issues
- take delivery, catering, and pickup orders over the phone
- perform other duties as assigned
