Job Requirements
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move intermittently for extended periods
- Ability to follow cleanliness and sanitization standards
- Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively
- Physical ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
- Capability to manage cash handling and ordering processes
- Commitment to provide exceptional guest service
- Must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard procedures
- Float between barista and guest service roles, fulfill all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer while following cash handling policies
- Maintain store cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- Anticipate team and guest needs
- Differentiate between problems that can be solved independently and when to seek leader support
- Follow direction from leaders while managing multiple priorities
