Job Duties
- front counter service and or drive thru service
- take customer orders politely and accurately
- expedite order and deliver to customer
- ensure proper cash handling practices are followed
- maintain cleanliness of counter, dining room, and restrooms
- follow directions as instructed by manager on duty
- perform kitchen food preparation
- open and set up workstations and complete opening checklists
- prepare salad, thaw products, cook and properly hold beef, chicken, fish, french fries, buns, and ancillary products
- operate fryer to prepare fries and other specialty items
- perform facility maintenance outdoors including empty trash cans, hose down parking lot, pick up trash, drive thru and landscaping
- shovel snow and sweep sidewalks and patios
- clean menu boards, windows, trash receptacles and dumpster area
- perform facility maintenance indoors including cleaning dining room, play land, restrooms, drive thru and kitchen area, empty trash, clean tables, chairs, play equipment, toilets, sinks, windows, ledges, mop floors, clean kitchen equipment, handle dishes, and organize walk-in freezer and storage
- unload and stock product deliveries
- maintain stocked ice dispensers, portable and walk-in freezers, beverage centers, and condiment centers
- maintain stock levels in kitchen areas
