Job Requirements

Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
enrollment in high school
ability to stand for long periods
ability to bend and stoop
ability to work around heat
able to lift 50 to 75 lbs comfortably
must have reliable transportation to work
must be willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts

Job Duties

Follow all company guest service guidelines and procedures
take the appropriate action to ensure all guests receive superstar service
work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
clean and stock the station area(s)
perform other cleaning duties as assigned
ensure that all guests receive hot, quality products
prepare, package and deliver all products according to menu standards
handle all food products according to company procedures
follow all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
follow all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
properly use all products, supplies, equipment and facilities
demonstrate oral communication skills
communicate effectively with various contacts
perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
