Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or retail preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards beneficial
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning
- effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve fast-service foods
- handle customer requests as cashier or order taker
- monitor holding times of cooked and prepared foods
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of kitchen
- wash trays, pans, racks and kitchen equipment by hand
- clean walls, tables, seating, mop floors and restrooms
- pick up trash in the parking lot
- dismantle and sanitize cooking equipment as a closer
- clean hood filters using a stepladder
- empty fry vats of hot oil safely
- scrub and degrease floors
