Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to tolerate exposure to various food products including nuts and powdered substances
ability to follow procedures and dress code
physical ability to move boxes weighing up to 55 pounds
ability to bend, reach, and scoop during shifts
ability to work in refrigerator and freezer environments
willingness to comply with food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

prior customer service experience preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to operate point of sale systems
strong interpersonal skills
ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Fosters an environment of team work
rings up orders and handles payment
is responsible for product and guest service experience
greets and engages with the guest to provide a friendly experience
ensures our guests' purposes are met when smoothies are ordered
blends smoothie according to the recipe ticket for a consistent taste
communicates details about Smoothie King products and information to all guests
