Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Willingness to undergo a screening against the national sex offender registry as part of hiring process
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Past experience in crew member, customer service, fast food, new store opening, back of house, cashier, first job, or barista roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Receive orders, process sales and cash, and manage customer issues
- Prepare and maintain good quality of products
- Monitor all service equipment
- Fully participate in delivering to every guest a WOW experience
- Support operational and business demands through effective communication
- Cooperate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to Taco Bell policies and procedures
