Job Requirements

Minimum age of sixteen years
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Ability to perform opening and closing store duties
Reliable and punctual
Passion for health and wellness
Ability to maintain friendly and positive attitude while engaging with guests

Job Qualifications

Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude
Minimum age requirement: candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply
Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary

Job Duties

Blends delicious tasting smoothies
Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
Performs opening and/or closing duties
Performs store checklist tasks
Shows up on time and ready to work
Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
