Job Requirements
- must love to smile, laugh & have fun
- 1 plus years of food service or management experience
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 plus years of food service or management experience
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- basic math skills for cash handling
- commitment to follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service
- work the cash register and drive-thru
- prepare food orders accurately
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- operate kitchen equipment such as fryer and griddle
