Job Duties
- Providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs
- Maintaining a sparkling clean and organized store environment
- Preparing and serving fresh, high-quality products with care
- Learning different store positions to increase efficiency, including making smoothies, fruit bowls, and veggie juices
- Taking responsibility for your cash drawer and accurately handling cash and credit transactions
- Opening and closing the store according to company guidelines
- Following all company policies and procedures during operating hours
- Communicating effectively and working as a team with fellow co-workers
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and ensuring cleanliness at every station
- Performing all duties safely and in compliance with federal and state regulations
