- Good oral communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions
- Ability to use a computer and calculator
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends
- Willingness to accomplish all restaurant tasks
Job Duties
- Ensure a positive guest experience by providing fast, efficient service in a friendly manner
- Provide a product of superior quality prepared according to company specifications
- Maintain established speed of service standards
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests
- Verify the accuracy of guests' orders
- Comply with all policies and procedures of the company
- Handle cash according to the company's cash policy if required
- Train and be proficient in required team member positions with completed tests
- Restock stations and assist with other business preparation assignments
- Unload and stock inventory items as needed
- Operate fryers, tomato and onion slicers
- Use knives and other sharp utensils
- Support service by working various positions including front counter, Drive-Thru, food production, and dishwashing
- Follow policies and procedures in training programs for each position
- Make guests feel special
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or company officers
