Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have current Food Handler's Card where applicable
- Must be able to stand and walk for 4 to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Capability to perform physical activities such as reaching, bending, balancing, and lifting
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work full shifts standing and walking
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs
- Ability to learn and apply sanitation and safety procedures
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with orders
- Suggest additional menu items to enhance the dining experience
- Prepare and assemble food following standardized recipes
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and perform routine cleaning tasks
- Accurately handle cash and electronic payments
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and regularly clean equipment and utensils
