Job Requirements
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling of emergency situations when called upon
- General cleaning duties
- Compliance with company dress code
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Completion of legally required alcohol server training if applicable
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required

Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Good public speaking and listening skills
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy

- Excellent communication skills with customers co-workers and management
- Ability to establish goals budget time and set priorities
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including handling of cash drawer credit cards travelers' checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
- Up selling or suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience like 3D RPX IMAX
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to phone calls and guest questions consistent with guest service philosophy
- Operating preparing and cleaning concession equipment
- Complying with local state and federal food safety laws
