Job Duties
- Provide not just good, but great, customer service to every guest
- Maintain cleanliness of the serving line, dining room, restrooms, back of house, and storage areas
- Maintain full awareness and knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, assembly, sides, drinks, and seasonal items
- Learn to present all Easy.Casual.Sushi menu items in a manner that represents the company’s standards and procedures
- Share the Easy.Casual.Sushi concept plus story through the entire guest experience
- Maintain Easy.Casual.Sushi’s high quality food safety standards by adhering to all recipes and procedures
