  • must be at least 16 years of age
  • restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • practice active listening and connection
  • anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
  • hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
  • heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
  • float between barista and guest service
  • willingly fulfill all team member roles and responsibilities
  • take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
  • maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards in the store
  • actively think and act on what the team and guest will need in the future
  • differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
  • understand multiple priorities and willingly take direction from leaders
