- must be at least 16 years of age
- restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- practice active listening and connection
- anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
- hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
- float between barista and guest service
- willingly fulfill all team member roles and responsibilities
- take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
- maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards in the store
- actively think and act on what the team and guest will need in the future
- differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
- understand multiple priorities and willingly take direction from leaders
