Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to see, hear, and speak effectively
  • Ability to stand or sit for 4 to 8 hours
  • Ability to bend and move intermittently during working hours
  • Willingness to follow cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
  • Ability to manage cash drawer and cash handling policies
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support team members
  • Resilience under pressure
  • Desire to learn and improve continuously

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age

  • Preferred restaurant, retail, or guest service experience

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • Practice active listening and connection
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
  • Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
  • Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
  • Float between barista and guest service, and willingly fulfill all team member roles and responsibilities
  • Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
  • Maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards
  • Actively think and act upon what the team and guest will need in the future
  • Differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
  • Understand the team is managing multiple priorities and willingly take direction from leaders
