Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- physical ability to see, hear, speak, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, sit, stand for 4 to 8 hours, bend, and move intermittently during work hours
- willingness to work flexible shifts
- ability to follow cash handling policies
- ability to work as part of a team and take direction from leaders
- willingness to ask for help when needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- preferred experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude under pressure
- willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- basic math skills for cash handling
- capability to follow standard operating procedures accurately
Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- practice active listening and connection
- anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- handcraft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
- float between barista and guest service, and willingly fulfill all team member roles and responsibilities
- take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
- maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- actively think and act upon what the team and guest will need in the future
- differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
- understand that the team is managing multiple priorities and willingly take direction from leaders
- bring the core values to life in all that you do including support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, and serve with love
