Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to Tasty Chick'n's standards and procedures
- Adhere to proper holding times and temperatures to guarantee freshness
- Package food products in Tasty Chick'n-approved containers and bags
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Provide exceptional hospitality including wearing proper uniform and maintaining grooming standards
- Follow Tasty Chick'n's cash handling and security protocols
- Collaborate effectively with teammates and welcome coaching from management
- Communicate positively with customers, colleagues, and managers
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas, equipment, lobby, and restroom facilities
- Follow Tasty Chick'n's guidelines for safe food handling
- Maintain parking lot and exterior cleanliness
- Participate in routine deep cleaning tasks
