Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
- Ability to see, hear, and speak effectively
- Willingness to follow all cash handling policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitization standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age

- Preferred experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection with guests
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standards
- Float between barista and guest service roles and fulfill all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards of the store
- Actively anticipate future needs of team and guests
- Differentiate between solvable problems and when to ask for leader support
- Follow team priorities and directions from leaders
- Embody core values by supporting one another, making fun happen, being yourself, taking ownership, and serving with love
- Bring joy to interactions and make fun happen
- Offer help willingly to team members and guests
