Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- One or more years of food service or management experience
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in food service or management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated teamwork and customer service abilities
- Positive attitude with a commitment to uphold company values
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation protocols is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Operate cash register and manage drive-thru orders
- Prepare food items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all work areas
- Handle fryer and griddle operations safely and efficiently
- Promote White Castle initiatives to enhance brand loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive work environment
