Job Requirements
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- must be at least 16 years of age
- able to stand, bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, sit, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
- able to maintain cleanliness and organization standards
- able to manage cash handling following policies
- willing to take direction and work as part of a team
- able to provide friendly and enthusiastic guest service
- resilient under pressure and willing to ask for help
- physically capable of performing job duties with or without reasonable accommodations
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, holidays, and/or weekends
- preferred restaurant, retail, or guest service experience
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Provides incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- practices active listening and connection
- anticipates guest needs and proactively solves guest opportunities with product knowledge and hospitality
- makes enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- creates day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
- hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to standard
- floats between barista and guest service roles
- takes guest orders and manages cash drawer following cash handling policies
- maintains cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- anticipates team and guest needs
- differentiates between problems to solve and when to seek leader support
- takes direction from leaders and manages multiple priorities
- embodies core values in all actions
