Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 15 years of age
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work in heated environments
- ability to work around others in close quarters
- ability to move throughout the restaurant and observe restaurant operations and employee performance
- ability to lift 50 - 75 pounds comfortably
- ability to work with various cleaning products

Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school is preferred

Job Duties
- Consistently provides a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction
- follows all guest service guidelines and procedures
- takes appropriate action to ensure all guests receive superstar service
- works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- cleans and stocks the station area(s)
- performs other cleaning duties as assigned
- ensures all guests receive hot, quality products prepared, packaged, and delivered according to menu standards
- handles all food products according to company procedures
- follows all food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of guests and employees
- communicates with immediate supervisor when additional training or guidance is needed
- keeps supervisor informed of issues affecting guests, employees, or restaurant operations
- supports goals, decisions, and directives of management
- follows all company guidelines for food and cash controls
- maintains a safe and secure environment for employees and guests
- models and encourages company shared values including integrity, respect, and trust
- contributes to an environment of honest and direct communication
- holds self accountable for methods and processes used to perform tasks and achieve results
