Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • Practice active listening and connection
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
  • Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
  • Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
  • Float between barista and guest service and willingly fulfill all team member roles and responsibilities
  • Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
  • Maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards
  • Actively think and act upon what the team and guest will need in the future
  • Differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
  • Bring the Core Values to life by supporting one another, making fun happen, being yourself, taking ownership, and serving with love
