Job Requirements
- at least 16 years old
- reliable transportation to and from the park
- availability to work Saturdays
- availability to work one shift Monday through Thursday
- availability to work one shift either Friday or Sunday
- high-energy individual
- able to perform physical tasks required by the role
- basic cash handling skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in retail or hospitality desired
- excellent customer service skills
- cash handling experience
- ability to work weekends and varied shifts
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to perform job tasks
Job Duties
- monitor court activities to ensure safety and compliance
- manage front desk operations including guest check-ins and inquiries
- host parties ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth coordination
- handle cash transactions accurately
- assist with café operations including serving guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- provide excellent customer service and support to guests
