Job Requirements
- reliable transportation to and from the park
- ability to work at least one shift between monday-thursday
- ability to work two shifts between friday-sunday
- high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- athletic mindedness encouraged
Job Qualifications
- high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to perform job duties
Job Duties
- monitor courts to ensure safety and proper use
- assist guests at the front desk with check-in and inquiries
- host birthday parties and special events creating a fun environment
- handle cash transactions accurately in the café
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- support team members during busy periods
- follow all park policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
