Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work at least one shift Monday-Thursday
- Ability to work two shifts Friday-Sunday
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Minimum age as required by local labor laws
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Availability to attend training sessions
Job Qualifications
- High-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- Previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as required
Job Duties
- Monitoring courts and activity areas to ensure safety and rules compliance
- Greeting guests and managing front desk operations
- Handling cash transactions accurately
- Coordinating and hosting birthday parties and special events
- Preparing and serving food and beverages in the café
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Assisting guests with inquiries and providing excellent customer service
