Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, and move intermittently during shifts lasting 4 to 8 hours
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be willing to learn and take on various team member roles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and standards
Job Duties
- Provides incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practices active listening and connection
- Anticipates guest needs and proactively solves guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Makes enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Creates day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
- Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
- Floats between barista and guest service, and willingly fulfills all team member roles and responsibilities
- Takes guest orders and manages cash drawer in accordance with cash handling policies and procedures
- Maintains cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards to ensure a well-run store
- Actively anticipates future needs of the team and guests
- Identifies problems that can be solved independently and knows when to seek leader support
- Takes direction from leaders and supports multiple priorities
- Embodies Caribou’s Core Values by supporting one another, making fun happen, being yourself, taking ownership, and serving with love
- Brings joy and enthusiasm to interactions with guests and team members
