Job Requirements

Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply
Ability to connect and communicate effectively with guests and team members
Willingness to embrace and promote the company culture and values
Ability to perform opening and closing duties
Ability to prepare fresh fruits, vegetables and other ingredients as needed for smoothies
Reliable and punctual with a commitment to showing up on time
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus

Job Qualifications

Experience in a fast-food environment preferred but not necessary

Job Duties

Blends delicious tasting smoothies
Ensures guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
Greets and engages the guest to provide a friendly experience
Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
Performs opening and/or closing duties
Performs store checklist tasks
Shows up on time and ready to work
Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
