Job Requirements
- reliable transportation to and from work
- availability to work at least one shift Monday through Thursday
- availability to work two shifts Friday through Sunday
- basic cash handling skills
- ability to work in a physically active environment
Job Qualifications
- high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred
- cash handling experience
- ability to perform to equal levels of performance or greater in a physically active setting
Job Duties
- monitor park courts to ensure safety and fair play
- manage front desk operations including guest check-in and inquiries
- host parties and assist with event coordination
- handle cash transactions accurately
- maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- provide excellent customer service
- assist with café operations as needed
