Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Physical ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard operating procedures
- Float between barista and guest service roles and fulfill all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following cash handling policies
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards of the store
- Think and act proactively about team and guest needs
- Distinguish between problems to solve independently and when to seek leadership support
- Follow directions from leaders and manage multiple priorities
- Bring Caribou's core values to life: support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, serve with love
