Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation to and from the park
- ability to work at least one shift between monday-thursday
- ability to work at least two shifts between friday-sunday
- high-energy individual
- excellent communication skills
- physically able to perform job duties
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- strong customer service skills
- cash handling experience
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- monitor courts to ensure safety and adherence to rules
- greet and assist guests at the front desk
- manage admissions and process transactions
- host birthday parties and group events
- serve food and beverages in the café
- maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas
- provide excellent customer service
