Job Requirements

  • Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude during all duties
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Effective communicator with co-workers and management
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have a reliable method of communication with supervisor and co-workers
  • Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts

Job Duties

  • Follow steps outlined in the training program to learn new skills and responsibilities
  • Communicate with immediate supervisor when additional training is needed
  • Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude
  • Prepare menu items according to cooking instructions, safety and sanitary requirements
  • Use kitchen equipment such as fryers, warmers, and ice cream dispensers
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness including tables, floors, utensils, and restrooms
  • Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally to resolve issues
  • Maintain a neat appearance by adhering to uniform policy
  • Abide by rules and directions given by the restaurant management team
