Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 15
  • enrollment in high school preferred
  • able to stand for long periods
  • capable of working around heat and close quarters
  • able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
  • able to move throughout the restaurant and observe operations
  • able to work with various cleaning products
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • able to interact effectively with guests and co-workers
  • ability to follow instructions and company procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment in high school

Job Duties

  • Consistently provides quality product and guest service experience
  • follows guest service guidelines and procedures
  • works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
  • cleans and stocks station area(s)
  • performs other cleaning duties as assigned
  • ensures all guests receive hot, quality products prepared according to menu standards
  • handles all food products following company food safety and sanitation requirements
  • follows CKE Crew Person Training Program steps
  • communicates to immediate supervisor when additional training is needed
  • understands how job responsibilities impact guests, employees, and overall operations
  • keeps supervisor informed of issues affecting operations
  • is performance oriented and driven
  • contributes to the restaurant's success by accomplishing expected work and producing quality results
  • supports goals, decisions, and directives of restaurant management
  • follows food and cash control guidelines and cost control policies
  • complies with all company policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines
  • follows safety, security, and emergency policies
  • maintains a safe and secure environment
  • holds self accountable for methods and processes used
