Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the park
- Ability to work at least one shift between Monday and Thursday
- Ability to work two shifts between Friday and Sunday
- Willingness to perform physical activities
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- Previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays and weekends
Job Duties
- Monitor courts to ensure safety and proper use of equipment
- Provide excellent customer service at the front desk including greeting guests and handling inquiries
- Host parties, ensuring guest satisfaction and managing event activities
- Operate the café by preparing and serving food and beverages
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining park areas
- Uphold company policies and maintain a positive team environment
