Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • valid work authorization
  • ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Greet and thank customers
  • place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and automated systems
  • relay customer orders from service counter to kitchen operations
  • cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment
  • stock kitchen and customer service operations with food, beverage, packaging and service materials
  • fill food and beverage orders of customers
  • collect customer payments and return proper change
  • unload deliveries of food, beverage, packaging and serving materials
  • clean interior and exterior of restaurant premises including floors, tables, windows and kitchenware
  • observe and follow alcoholic beverage laws when applicable
  • maintain safe public access to the restaurant
  • perform all other duties as assigned by management
