Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation to and from the park
- ability to work at least one shift between monday-thursday and two shifts between friday-sunday
- physical ability to perform job duties
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for cash handling
Job Qualifications
- high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- monitor court activities and ensure guest safety
- manage front desk operations including guest check-ins and inquiries
- host parties and coordinate event details
- operate café services including food preparation and cash handling
- provide excellent customer service to all guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- assist with daily park operations as needed
