Job Duties
- Provide great customer service to every guest
- maintain cleanliness of serving line, dining room, restrooms, back of house, and storage areas
- maintain full awareness and knowledge of the menu including ingredients, assembly, sides, drinks, and seasonal items
- present all menu items in a manner that represents company standards and procedures
- share the company concept and story throughout the guest experience
- maintain high quality food safety standards by adhering to all recipes and procedures
