Job Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- able to stand for long periods
- able to work around heat and in close quarters
- able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- able to use various cleaning products
- able to communicate effectively with restaurants management, guests and co-workers
- follow all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
- comply with all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school or high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- good verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work well with others as a team
- comfortable interacting with guests
- proactive and able to take initiative
- problem-solving skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures is an asset
- prior experience in a food service or customer service role is a plus
Job Duties
- Follow all guest service guidelines and procedures to provide superstar service
- work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- clean and stock station area(s)
- prepare, package and deliver products according to menu standards
- handle all food products according to company procedures ensuring food safety and sanitation
- participate in the CKE Crew Person Training Program and communicate training needs to supervisor
- keep supervisor informed of issues affecting guests, employees, or operations
- accomplish expected work during each shift producing quality work
- support restaurant management goals and directives
- follow all food, cash, and cost control guidelines
- comply with company policies, safety, security and emergency procedures
- maintain a safe and secure environment
- model and encourage CKE shared values including integrity and respect
- take accountability for methods and processes used to achieve results
