Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years or older
Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings as early as 3am and weekends
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Must have a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
Availability to work scheduled shifts
Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service is a plus but not required
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and a team player
Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they enter the store
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
Maintain the quality and presentation of food and beverages
Keep the store clean, organized, and adhering to safety standards
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals
Follow all company policies and procedures
