Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation to and from the park
- ability to work at least one shift between monday-thursday
- ability to work two shifts between friday-sunday
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical activities associated with the role
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- capable of performing physically demanding tasks
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- monitor court activities ensuring safety and guest compliance
- manage front desk operations including guest check-in and inquiries
- host parties and coordinate event activities to ensure guest satisfaction
- assist in café operations including order taking and maintaining cleanliness
- handle cash transactions accurately
- provide excellent customer service and support throughout the park
- promote a safe and friendly environment for all guests
