Job Requirements
- at least 16 years old
- available to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and cleaning
- strong interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- leadership experience preferred for store leader positions
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- operate the register and handle cash transactions accurately
- keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
- prepare Casey's food items including pizza, donuts, and other prepared foods
- assist with merchandising and inventory management
- support team members and lead shifts as required
- ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations
