Job Description

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc. This means that the independent franchisee, rather than Jack in the Box Inc., will be your direct employer if hired. The franchisee carries full responsibility for all employment-related matters within the restaurant, including, but not limited to, setting the job requirements, hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95% of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • willingness to accept direction and feedback

Job Qualifications
