Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- ability to reach and move items from six feet high to six inches off the ground
- ability to safely use kitchen equipment
- must be 18 years or older to operate certain machinery and work outside holding signs
- ability to apply pressure when cutting and cleaning
- ability to count and weigh food and inventory items
- effective communication skills including reading, speaking, hearing, and writing
- ability to understand and follow instructions
- ability to complete customer orders accurately

Job Duties
- Receive direction from restaurant management

- lift and move up to 55 pounds
- operate kitchen equipment safely including sheeter machine and vertical cutting mixer
- hold outdoor signs for promotion
- apply pressure to cut and clean products
- count and weigh food products and inventory
- communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- understand and follow instructions
- process and complete customer orders
