Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Capacity to lift at least 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct
Flexibility and creativity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Job Duties

Maintain a positive attitude and work with urgency while executing company directives
Contribute to a customer-focused environment by providing excellent customer service
Perform cashier and front-end duties accurately and efficiently
Unload, process, and stock freight according to store merchandising guidelines
Conduct store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building
Complete daily and weekly workloads and tasks efficiently and on time
Actively participate in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
