Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Clear communication skills
- Able and willing to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds
- Accountable and reliable
- Punctual and team-first attitude
- Coachable with a willingness to learn
- Ability to stand on your feet during entire shift
- Able to perform basic math functions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail, convenience store, or food service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Team player with a positive and reliable attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks during entire shifts
Job Duties
- Welcome every guest as they enter the store
- Build lasting relationships with guests and understand their needs
- Prepare and serve food maintaining quality and safety standards
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the facility
- Participate in cross-training for multiple roles
- Provide excellent problem-solving and customer service support
