Job Duties
- welcome and greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- prepare and serve food and beverages following brand standards
- operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of store and equipment
- problem solve guest concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction
- perform multiple roles including cashier, host, barista, and food prep as needed
- participate in promotional activities and customer engagement
