Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be drug-free
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Must be friendly, honest, and hardworking
- Must be willing to complete training and follow company procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and safety
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Job Duties
- Provide thorough cleaning services to clients' homes
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients
- Adhere to company cleaning standards and safety protocols
- Manage work schedule efficiently between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
- Attend paid training sessions and apply learned skills
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
