Job Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of hospitality experience
  • Food management certifications are preferred
  • Must have a proactive run it like you own it mentality
  • Excellent organizational, customer service and time management skills
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass reference checks

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality experience of at least 1-2 years
  • Food management certifications are a plus

Job Duties

  • Serve as a role-model and lead the team
  • Ensure that team members are providing great customer service
  • Take ownership for the business performance of the restaurant
  • Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards and procedures
  • Run quality opening, mid and closing shifts ensuring a consistent positive customer experience
  • Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
  • Greet customers and conduct table visits to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train and motivate staff
  • Assist specialists within the bakery-cafe by ensuring team members are properly trained and fully competent in all aspects of food service and customer support
  • Ensure objectives are achieved while operating within all company guidelines and cultural values
  • Exhibit a professional image and promote company values and beliefs
