Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- able to lift up to 45 lbs
- capable of bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- committed to food safety
- proven leadership in fast-paced environments
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of restaurant or retail management experience
- proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others
- demonstrate capability to run efficient and effective shifts
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it
- strong leadership and communication skills

- Oversee daily operations during shifts
- coach, motivate, and develop team members
- manage team performance to meet company standards
